Observation

-Some manipulatives which were accessible to younger children were smaller in diameter thatn 1 3/4 inch posing a choking hazard. Applicant moved these toys to a higher location during the site visit. -Vinyl cling stickers on the wall were peeling off and could pose a choking hazard. -A portal crib was placed next to a window. -The front loading washer and dryer did not have child proofing device on them, making the appliances potential entrapment hazards.
